The staff were amazing, dinners were mind-blowing, and the chef used the best ingredients. The quiet and distressing environment amidst vineyards and olive groves was super refreshing. The guest houses were beautifully located among the vineyards and had spacious rooms with lots of natural light. The pre-dinner wine tasting was jaw-dropping, and we ended up buying some delicious wine. The hosts provided exceptional customer service, a history tour, and an enlightening explanation of the produce. We want to come back with our family and friends. The surrounding was beautiful and the main building was stunning. Good breakfast and dinner.

A Gastro Journey to Remember: The restaurant at this marvelous retreat serves traditional Apulian food that is simply divine. Each dish is like a work of art, bursting with flavors that dance on your taste buds. The menu may not change often, but why fix something that's already perfect? Just like a classic painting, their cuisine is timeless and will always leave you craving for more.
One Water Temperature: The only downside was the lack of water temperature options in our apartment. It was consistently hot, which made it challenging to shower comfortably or even wash our hands.

We had a memorable stay at Masseria Le Fabriche. the beautiful surroundings and well-tended property made for a truly stunning experience. the main building and guest houses were both lovely, and our modern room was spacious and filled with natural light. the highlight of our stay was the wine tasting arranged by Paula, the manager. She was professional and knowledgeable, and the wines we tried were absolutely delicious. We ended up buying some to take home with us. we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. Cons: Finding the property was not obvious and took some effort.

The hotel provided a peaceful and private atmosphere, which was perfect for recharging after exploring the beautiful villages and seaside areas of Puglia. The breakfast offered was fabulous and helped us start our day on a high note.

The picturesque natural amphitheater, formed by the olive trees and vineyards facing the sparkling Jonian Sea, created a magical backdrop for our family vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, organizing horseback riding excursions, guided tours, and even sailing and diving classes. The nearby beach clubs and beautiful sandy shores, such as the "Sandy Beach Oasis" and the "Turquoise Cove," offered the perfect opportunity for our children to experience the crystal clear sea and its lively sea bottom.
For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.

I chose Masseria Le Fabriche for its proximity to Centro Storico di Maruggio. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of services the hotel offers. The classic Italian breakfast served daily in the restaurant, which also serves traditional Apulian food, was a delightful start to my days. , the variety of amenities such as the restaurant, pool, lounge bar, and bike rental allowed me to fully enjoy my stay.
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Rooms were not in the historic masseria but in a modern unattractive ‘cellblock’ style construction a distance away from the house.

The staff hooked us up with the sickest activities, like horseback riding through the olive trees and vineyards. And let me tell you, the beach clubs nearby were off the hook! Crystal clear sea, vibrant marine life - it was like swimming in a party underwater! Plus, the staff arranged for an airport pick-up and drop-off, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Best vacation ever!
Only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for us young party-goers. The area was beautiful, but it was kinda quiet at night.

Beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was decent and there is a nice restaurant on site. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is overpriced and the wine selection is disappointing. The menu options for dinner were limited and there was no vegetarian option available.

Situated in the midst of a picturesque vineyard, this charming Masseria offers a relaxing and memorable stay. The guest houses are just a short walk away from the main building, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The modern rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to the large full height windows that open onto a lovely terrace. The friendly and dedicated staff ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.
The breakfast offerings could be improved to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The rooms at Masseria Le Fabriche are absolutely amazing! I felt like I was stepping into a dream. The cozy yet functional spaces were designed with so much thought and care. And the views of the lush vegetation were simply breathtaking. As a guest who values comfort and aesthetics, these rooms exceeded my expectations.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the audio and video diffusion systems in the room. But hey, that's just me.
